Modification and Cancellation Refund

We are pleased to provide full refunds for modification and cancellation requests submitted within 12 hours of the purchase.

Return Refund

We offer refunds for items returned within 30 days from the date of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  4. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or no longer wish to keep it, we are happy to accept returns and provide a partial refund.

Unacceptable reasons for customer returns include:

  1. Returns requested after a 30-day warranty period.
  2. Customer change of mind: We do not accept returns for items that the customer simply changes their mind about.
  3. Customer ordered the wrong size or color: Please review the size chart carefully to avoid ordering the wrong size or color, as we cannot accept returns for this reason.
  4. Customer damaged the item: If the customer damages the item, we cannot accept the return.
  5. Items delivered within the specified time frame.
  6. Gift cards, as they are non-returnable items.
  7. All sale or discounted items are final sales and not eligible for returns.

Return Process

To initiate a return, kindly contact us at Upon reaching out, we will furnish you with detailed instructions regarding the process and the designated return address. Please be aware that items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return.

Refunds or Exchange

Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange and notify you by email once the process is complete.


After processing your refund, please be aware that it may take some time for your financial institution to make the funds available in your account:

  • PayPal: 3 to 5 business days
  • Credit card: Up to 10 business days

Lost Package Refund

  2. Partial refund: The partial refund amount will be assessed case by case, considering the item's value and the shipping carrier's policy.

Refund for Insured Items

If your order reflects successful delivery but you have not received it, we are here to help. We can either resend the items or provide a refund equivalent to 70% of the total amount.
